Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2025

At Hobbie Grading Company, we take great pride in the care and precision of our services. All sales are final. However, we do offer refunds under the following limited circumstances:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A card is damaged while in our possession due to mishandling or an error during encapsulation.

  • There is a clear and verifiable error in labeling or grading made by our team (e.g., incorrect card information or a misgraded item due to oversight).

To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 7 business days of receiving their graded card and provide:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A detailed description of the problem

  • The original order number

We reserve the right to request that the item be returned for inspection before issuing a refund or correction.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Disagreements with subjective grading results

  • Cards damaged during shipping to or from Hobbie Grading Company

  • Autographed cards submitted against our policy

  • Customer mishandling after receiving the graded card

  • Changes in card value or market conditions

3. Resolution Options

If eligible, Hobbie Grading Company may offer:

  • A full or partial refund

  • A corrected re-encapsulation at no additional cost

  • Store credit for future submissions

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
